Students, faculty members, employees, parents, alumni, and other users access the Services only as Authorized Users of a subscribing Institution.

By accessing or using the Services, the Institution acknowledges that it has reviewed this Privacy Policy. Authorized Users acknowledge that their use of the Services is subject to this Privacy Policy, the Campus Jadugar Terms & Conditions, and the policies established by their Institution.

AI-generated outputs are intended to assist Authorized Users and should always be reviewed and validated by the Institution before being relied upon for academic, administrative, financial, or official purposes.

The Company does not use Institution-specific confidential information to publicly identify, advertise, or promote any Institution without prior written authorization.

The Company does not sell, rent, or commercially trade Customer Data or personal information processed through the Services.

  • To the subscribing Institution and its Authorized Users.

The Company may retain limited system logs, security records, audit information, backup copies, and other information necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, cybersecurity, and business continuity purposes for a reasonable period, even after Customer Data has otherwise been deleted.

Where an Authorized User does not agree with this Privacy Policy, they should discontinue use of the Services and contact their Institution Administrator regarding access to the platform.
